Ingredientes

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 200g, sliced chorizo
  • 300g, sliced mushrooms
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 3 cloves, minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste salt
  • 50g, grated parmesan cheese

Método de Preparação

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions
  2. In a large pan, fry sliced chorizo until crispy
  3. Add mushrooms and garlic, cook until mushrooms are golden
  4. Pour in cream and simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Add cooked pasta and toss well
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Serve with grated parmesan
  1. Add chorizo to bowl, chop 5 sec/speed 4
  2. Sauté 5 min/120°C/speed 1
  3. Add mushrooms and garlic, 7 min/120°C/reverse/speed soft
  4. Add cream, 5 min/100°C/reverse/speed soft
  5. Cook pasta separately and combine with sauce
  6. Mix 30 sec/reverse/speed soft

Dicas

  1. Use fresh mushrooms for better flavor
  2. Reserve some pasta cooking water to adjust sauce consistency
  3. Toast chorizo separately for extra crispiness
  4. Add a splash of white wine for extra depth
  5. Fresh parsley makes a great garnish
