Ingredientes

  • 400g shredded chicken
  • 500g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 medium, diced onion
  • 3 cloves, minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 50g, grated parmesan cheese
  • handful, chopped parsley

Método de Preparação

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions
  2. In a large pan, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil
  3. Add shredded chicken and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Add cooked pasta and mix well
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Garnish with parmesan and parsley
  1. Add onion and garlic, chop 5 sec/speed 5
  2. Add oil, sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1
  3. Add chicken, cook 5 min/100°C/reverse/speed soft
  4. Add cream, cook 5 min/90°C/reverse/speed soft
  5. Add cooked pasta, mix 30 sec/reverse/speed soft
  6. Season and serve with parmesan and parsley

  1. Use chicken breast for a leaner option
  2. Reserve some pasta cooking water to adjust sauce consistency
  3. Add mushrooms or spinach for extra nutrients
  4. For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine while cooking the chicken
