Ingredientes

  • 4 pieces (200g each) pork steaks
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100ml white wine
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 unit bay leaf

Método de Preparação

  1. Season the pork steaks with salt and pepper
  2. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan
  3. Add crushed garlic and bay leaf
  4. Fry the steaks for 5-7 minutes on each side
  5. Add white wine and let it reduce
  6. Serve hot with the pan juices
  1. Place garlic in bowl: 5 sec/speed 7
  2. Add oil and bay leaf: 2 min/120°C/speed 1
  3. Insert butterfly whisk
  4. Add steaks: 7-8 min/120°C/reverse/speed soft
  5. Add wine: 5 min/120°C/reverse/speed soft

Dicas

  1. Let the meat rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking
  2. Don't overcrowd the pan to ensure proper browning
  3. For extra tenderness, marinate the steaks for 2 hours before cooking
  4. Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness
