Ingredientes

  • 6 pieces (about 150g each) pork steaks
  • 4 cloves, crushed garlic
  • 100ml white wine
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 unit bay leaf
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Método de Preparação

  1. Season the pork steaks with crushed garlic, white wine, salt, and pepper
  2. Let marinate for at least 1 hour
  3. Heat a grill pan or barbecue
  4. Brush the steaks with olive oil
  5. Grill for 8-10 minutes on each side until golden brown
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
  1. Place garlic in bowl, chop 5 sec/speed 7
  2. Add wine, oil, salt, pepper, mix 10 sec/speed 3
  3. Marinate steaks in the mixture for 1 hour
  4. Heat Varoma, place steaks in Varoma tray
  5. Cook 10 min/Varoma/speed 1
  6. Turn steaks and cook additional 8 min/Varoma/speed 1

Dicas

  1. Don't overcook the meat to keep it juicy
  2. Let the meat reach room temperature before grilling
  3. You can add paprika or oregano to the marinade
  4. Serve with grilled vegetables or french fries
  5. For extra tenderness, tenderize the meat before marinating
