Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 large head, chopped lettuce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions
  2. Let rice cool to room temperature
  3. Wash and chop lettuce
  4. Mix rice and lettuce in a large bowl
  5. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  6. Toss well and serve
  1. Add water to the bowl up to level 2
  2. Place rice in the steaming basket
  3. Cook 20 min/Varoma/Speed 1
  4. Let rice cool
  5. Chop lettuce 3 sec/Speed 4
  6. Mix with rice and seasonings 20 sec/Reverse/Speed 2
