Ingredientes

  • 400g pasta (penne or spaghetti)
  • 500g white fish fillets
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lemon

Método de Preparação

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions
  2. Season fish with salt and pepper
  3. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil
  4. Add tomatoes and wine, simmer for 10 minutes
  5. Add fish, cook for 8-10 minutes
  6. Mix with pasta and garnish with basil
  1. Add onion and garlic: 5 sec/speed 5
  2. Add oil: 3 min/120°C/speed 1
  3. Add tomatoes and wine: 10 min/100°C/speed 1
  4. Add fish: 8 min/100°C/reverse/speed soft
  5. Cook pasta separately and combine

Dicas

  1. Use firm white fish like cod or haddock
  2. Fresh tomatoes can be replaced with canned
  3. Add chili flakes for extra heat
  4. Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce consistency
