2 limes (juice and zest)
3 tbsp curry powder
2 onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp ginger, grated

1 cup fresh cilantro
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 red chilies, sliced

Sauté onions until translucent
Add garlic and ginger, cook for 2 minutes
Add curry powder and stir
Add chicken and cook until golden
Pour in coconut milk and fish sauce
Add lime zest, juice, and brown sugar

Add chilies and cilantro before serving
