Ingredientes

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Método de Preparação

  1. Beat egg with salt and pepper until well combined
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat
  3. Pour beaten egg into pan
  4. Using a fork, stir gently while shaking pan
  5. When egg is almost set but still a bit runny on top, fold one third over the center
  6. Roll omelet onto plate, seam side down
  1. Add egg, salt and pepper to bowl
  2. Mix 5 sec/speed 4
  3. Pour into heated buttered pan
  4. Continue manually as per traditional method

Dicas

  1. Use a non-stick pan for best results
  2. Don't overcook - the omelet should be slightly runny when folding
  3. Add herbs or cheese for extra flavor
  4. Serve immediately while hot
