Ingredientes

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Método de Preparação

  1. Beat eggs with salt and pepper until well combined
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat
  3. Pour beaten eggs into pan
  4. Using a spatula, gently push cooked edges toward center while tilting pan
  5. When eggs are almost set, fold one third toward center
  6. Roll omelet onto plate, seam side down
  1. Add eggs, salt and pepper to bowl
  2. Mix 10 sec/speed 4
  3. Pour into heated buttered pan
  4. Continue manually as traditional method

Dicas

  1. Use room temperature eggs for better results
  2. Don't overcook - eggs should be slightly runny when folding
