  • 1 head, washed and torn lettuce
  • 1 large, julienned apple
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 unit lemon

  1. Clean and pat dry the horse mackerel
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Coat fish in flour
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan
  5. Fry fish until golden brown on both sides
  6. Prepare salad by mixing lettuce and julienned apple
  7. Serve fish with salad and lemon wedges

  4. Add lettuce, 3 sec/speed 3
  5. Mix with spatula
