Ingredientes

  • 4 pieces, cleaned small mackerel
  • 1 medium head, washed and torn lettuce
  • 1/2 cup for coating flour
  • 1 large, julienned apple
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 unit lemon
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Método de Preparação

  1. Clean and pat dry the mackerel
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Coat with flour
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan
  5. Fry mackerel for 4-5 minutes each side
  6. Prepare salad by mixing lettuce and julienned apple
  7. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice
  8. Serve fish over salad
  1. Not recommended for frying fish
  2. For salad:
  3. Add lettuce to bowl, 5 sec/speed 4
  4. Add julienned apple
  5. Mix 3 sec/reverse/speed 2
  6. Add dressing ingredients
  7. Mix 5 sec/reverse/speed 2

Dicas

  1. Choose very fresh mackerel
  2. Don't overcook the fish to keep it moist
  3. Add apple just before serving to prevent oxidation
  4. You can add some vinegar to the flour coating for extra flavor
  5. Serve immediately while fish is hot and crispy
