Ingredientes

  • 4 medium, peeled and cubed potatoes
  • 3 large, hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 head, chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/2 small, finely chopped onion

Método de Preparação

  1. Boil potatoes until tender (about 15-20 minutes)
  2. Hard boil the eggs
  3. Cool potatoes and eggs completely
  4. Dice potatoes and eggs
  5. Mix mayonnaise and mustard
  6. Combine all ingredients
  7. Serve on a bed of chopped lettuce
  1. Place eggs in the basket and potatoes in the bowl
  2. Add 500ml water, Varoma 20 min/speed 1
  3. Cool ingredients
  4. Empty bowl and dry
  5. Chop onion 5 sec/speed 5
  6. Add remaining ingredients except lettuce
  7. Mix 20 sec/reverse/speed 2
  8. Serve with chopped lettuce

Dicas

  1. Use waxy potatoes for better texture
  2. Cool ingredients completely before mixing
  3. Add celery for extra crunch
  4. Season while potatoes are still warm
  5. Can be prepared a day ahead
