Ingredientes

  • 2 medium, peeled and cubed dragon fruit
  • 1 pound, peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons, minced ginger
  • 3 cloves, minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3, sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Método de Preparação

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large wok over medium-high heat
  2. Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes
  4. Add soy sauce and honey, stir well
  5. Add dragon fruit cubes and cook for 1 minute
  6. Garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes

Dicas

  1. Choose ripe dragon fruit with bright pink skin
  2. Don't overcook the dragon fruit to maintain texture
