  • 1 lime (juice)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

  1. Sauté mushrooms with garlic in olive oil until golden
  2. Mix diced tomatoes and onion with mushrooms
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice
  4. Cut avocados in half and remove pit
  5. Fill avocado halves with mushroom mixture
  6. Garnish with cilantro

  2. Add mushrooms: 5 sec/speed 4
  3. Add oil: 7 min/120°C/speed 1
  4. Add tomatoes and onion: 10 sec/speed 4
  5. Season and fill avocados

Dicas

  1. Choose slightly firm avocados for better presentation. Brush avocado with lime juice to prevent browning. Can be served warm or cold. Add chili flakes for extra heat.
