Ingredientes

  • 500g ground beef
  • 300g firm tofu
  • 60g butter
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 30ml soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 stalks green onions

Método de Preparação

  1. Crumble tofu and drain excess water
  2. Mix ground beef with crumbled tofu
  3. Add minced garlic, chopped green onions, and seasonings
  4. Form into 24 meatballs
  5. Melt butter in a large pan
  6. Cook meatballs until browned and cooked through
  1. Add garlic and green onions to bowl: 5 sec/speed 5
  2. Add tofu: 10 sec/speed 4
  3. Add remaining ingredients: 30 sec/speed 3
  4. Form meatballs by hand
  5. Place in Varoma and steam: 15 min/Varoma/speed 1

Dicas

  1. Use firm tofu and drain well to prevent mushy meatballs
  2. Chill mixture for 30 minutes before forming meatballs
  3. Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking
  4. Can be frozen for up to 3 months
