Ingredientes

  • 2 steaks (200g each) beef tenderloin
  • 2 fillets (150g each) sea bass
  • 4 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Método de Preparação

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and season with rosemary, salt, and pepper
  3. Roast potatoes for 25 minutes
  4. Season steaks and sea bass with salt and pepper
  5. Grill steaks to desired doneness
  6. Pan-fry sea bass until skin is crispy
  7. Caramelize banana slices in a pan
  8. Serve all components together
  1. Cut potatoes into wedges
  2. Place in Varoma, season with rosemary, steam 20 min/Varoma/speed 1
  3. For the protein, you'll need to cook separately as Thermomix isn't ideal for steaks and fish
  4. For banana sauce: place bananas in bowl, 3 min/100°C/speed 2

Dicas

  1. Let meat rest at room temperature before cooking
  2. Don't move fish while cooking to achieve crispy skin
  3. Use ripe but firm bananas for better caramelization
  4. Finish potatoes under the broiler for extra crispiness
  5. Serve immediately while all components are hot
