Cut potatoes into wedges and season with rosemary, salt, and pepper
Roast potatoes for 25 minutes
Season steaks and sea bass with salt and pepper
Grill steaks to desired doneness
Pan-fry sea bass until skin is crispy
Caramelize banana slices in a pan
Serve all components together
Cut potatoes into wedges
Place in Varoma, season with rosemary, steam 20 min/Varoma/speed 1
For the protein, you'll need to cook separately as Thermomix isn't ideal for steaks and fish
For banana sauce: place bananas in bowl, 3 min/100°C/speed 2
Dicas
