Ingredientes

  • 1 unit, sliced chouriço
  • 200g, sliced mushrooms
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 2 units (1 for filling, 1 for brushing) eggs
  • 1 medium, grated carrots
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Método de Preparação

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Sauté mushrooms and grated carrots in olive oil
  3. Add sliced chouriço and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Beat one egg and mix with the filling
  5. Roll out puff pastry sheets
  6. Place filling in the center
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheese
  8. Fold and seal edges
  9. Brush with beaten egg
  10. Bake for 25 minutes until golden
  1. Add mushrooms and carrots to bowl: 5 sec/speed 4
  2. Add olive oil: 5 min/120°C/speed 1
  3. Add chouriço: 5 min/120°C/reverse/speed soft
  4. Let cool slightly
  5. Mix with beaten egg and cheese
  6. Proceed with manual assembly and baking

Dicas

  1. Make small cuts on top of the pastry for steam to escape
  2. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving
  3. Can be frozen before baking
  4. Add thyme or rosemary for extra flavor
  5. Serve with mixed salad
