Sauté mushrooms and grated carrots in olive oil
Add sliced chouriço and cook for 5 minutes
Beat one egg and mix with the filling
Roll out puff pastry sheets
Place filling in the center
Sprinkle with grated cheese
Fold and seal edges
Brush with beaten egg
Bake for 25 minutes until golden
Add mushrooms and carrots to bowl: 5 sec/speed 4
Add olive oil: 5 min/120°C/speed 1
Add chouriço: 5 min/120°C/reverse/speed soft
Let cool slightly
Mix with beaten egg and cheese
Proceed with manual assembly and baking
Tips
Make small cuts on top of the pastry for steam to escape
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving
