  1. Rinse lentils and set aside
  2. Brown ground beef in a large pan
  3. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent
  4. Add lentils and coconut milk
  5. Stir in curry powder and simmer for 20 minutes
  6. Add diced dragon fruit in the last 5 minutes
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Garnish with lime juice and cilantro

  3. Add lentils, coconut milk, and spices, cook 20 min/100°C/reverse/speed soft
  4. Add dragon fruit, mix 30 sec/reverse/speed 2
  5. Add garnishes and serve
