Ingredients

  • 1 cup farro
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 medium, diced onion
  • 3 cloves, minced garlic
  • 2 medium, diced carrots
  • 2 stalks, diced celery
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • for serving parmesan cheese

Método de Preparação

  1. Cook farro according to package instructions
  2. Brown ground beef in a large pan
  3. Add diced vegetables and sauté until soft
  4. Add wine and reduce by half
  5. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 30 minutes
  6. Cook pasta separately
  7. Mix cooked farro into the sauce
  8. Combine with pasta and serve with parmesan

  2. Add oil: 3 min/120°C/speed 1
  3. Add beef: 8 min/120°C/reverse/speed soft
  4. Add wine: 2 min/120°C/reverse/speed soft
  5. Add remaining ingredients: 20 min/100°C/reverse/speed soft
  6. Cook pasta and farro separately and combine
